1. About these terms
These terms govern use of this website and the purchase of educational digital content or live online training delivered by Bohdan Ohnievyi (the "Provider"). By purchasing a programme, you agree to the version of these terms presented at checkout.
2. What is being sold
The website may offer:
- prerecorded educational video programmes with related digital workbooks and templates;
- scheduled live online group training with the duration, dates and group size shown before purchase; and
- access to session recordings where this is explicitly included in the product description.
The exact content, access period, price and delivery schedule displayed on the checkout page form part of the contract.
3. Educational scope
The programmes provide general education about marketplace operations. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated business advice. They do not include account management, guaranteed account approval, supplier representation, product sourcing on your behalf or a promise of sales, ranking, revenue or profit.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment will be processed through the secure Stripe checkout link associated with the selected product. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. If an obvious pricing or description error occurs, the Provider may cancel and refund the order before access is supplied.
5. Delivery and access
- Recorded content is delivered using the access method stated at checkout.
- Live cohort dates, time zone, joining method and recording period are confirmed before purchase.
- Access is personal, non-transferable and limited to the period stated in the product description.
- You are responsible for a suitable internet connection, compatible device and safeguarding your access credentials.
6. Your right to cancel
Consumer cancellation rights depend on whether the purchase is digital content or a scheduled service and whether delivery has begun. The applicable process is explained in the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Those policies do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Fair use and intellectual property
Programme videos, worksheets, templates and session recordings are licensed to the buyer for personal educational use. You must not share logins, republish, resell, upload, distribute, record or create a competing product from the materials without written permission. Reasonable excerpts may be retained in your own internal working documents.
8. Community conduct
Live participants must communicate respectfully and protect confidential information shared by other participants. The Provider may remove a participant for harassment, unlawful conduct, deliberate disruption or unauthorised recording. A fair written explanation will be supplied, and any refund will be assessed under the circumstances and applicable law.
9. Quality and corrections
The Provider aims to keep materials clear and materially accurate at the time of publication. Marketplace interfaces, fees and policies can change. Material errors reported by learners will be reviewed and corrected under the Quality Policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those protections, the Provider is not responsible for business decisions, marketplace enforcement, third-party platform changes, supplier performance or indirect commercial loss arising from applying general educational material.
11. Changes and governing law
Updated terms apply only from their stated effective date and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. The governing law and relevant courts will be stated using the Provider's actual country of establishment before checkout is activated. Consumers retain any mandatory protections available where they live.
