Quality Policy

The standards used to design, describe, deliver and improve each educational product.

Last updated26 July 2026

1. Clear product descriptions

Before payment, each product page will state the format, lesson or session count, delivery schedule, access period, included files, price, technical requirements and material exclusions. Important details are not intentionally hidden behind checkout.

2. Curriculum standards

  • Lessons follow a defined sequence and identify their intended practical outcome.
  • Claims distinguish education and opinion from platform rules or legal requirements.
  • Worksheets and templates match the lesson in which they are introduced.
  • Examples avoid promises of typical income, guaranteed sales or guaranteed account approval.

3. Currency and platform changes

Marketplace interfaces, fees, seller rules and logistics options can change. Materials are reviewed periodically and material corrections are issued when a verified error could materially affect a learner's decision. Learners should always check current official platform and professional guidance before acting.

4. Technical delivery

Files are prepared in common formats and tested on representative desktop and mobile devices. If a buyer cannot access a purchased item, the Provider will attempt to restore access, provide an equivalent delivery route or apply the Refund Policy.

5. Accessibility

The website supports keyboard navigation, visible focus states, responsive layouts, reduced-motion preferences and descriptive image text. Programme materials aim to use readable documents and structured lesson navigation. Specific access needs can be raised before purchase.

6. Feedback and complaints

Factual corrections, access problems and complaints will be acknowledged through the published support contact. The target is an acknowledgement within two business days and a substantive response within five business days, although complex issues may take longer.

7. Honest social proof

Reviews are published only when they come from real learners and permission has been obtained. Reviews may be edited only for length, grammar or personal information without changing their meaning. No reviews are currently displayed because verified learner feedback has not been supplied.
